In an effort to re-engage customers and grow its rewards-membership base, Domino’s is giving away free “emergency pizza” to qualifying customers.

“When life gives you lemons, Domino’s gives you free pizza”

As the world’s largest pizza company, Domino’s wants to remind new and old customers alike that it has their back, no matter what situation they find themselves in – whether they scorched their dinner or just need an energy boost during a study session. That’s why the company is giving away free medium two-topping pizzas over the next few months, as its website states:

“There’s a lot of uncertainty in the world right now and we know Domino’s customers could use a pick-me-up. And there’s not much that can help brighten a bad day like pizza. Which makes free pizza even better. Or, as we like to say: when life gives you lemons, Domino’s gives you free pizza.”

How to qualify

In order to earn the Emergency Pizza reward, customers must place an order over $7.99 and complete the following steps:

  • “STEP 1: Place a qualifying online order for Delivery or Carryout
  • STEP 2: Sign into or join Domino’s® Rewards to claim your free pizza
  • STEP 3: Go to My Deals & Rewards to redeem within 30 days”

The new campaign was launched following Domino’s recent updates to its customer rewards program, and will run through February 11, 2024. Domino’s plans to promote the campaign across channels, with digital ads and social media posts, as well as traditional ads on television and in print.
