Adobe released a report this morning on data consumption trends, and something quite interesting popped up.  Turns out, iOS apps have just shot past desktop browsers as the most popular way to watch television on the internet.  Not only that, but Android apps are now the fastest growing access points.

This particular flag is being carried by the younger generation, as they don’t really know a world without iPhones, iPads, and the resultant applications.  The report states that over 80% of children’s TV Everywhere content was viewed through iOS apps.  Older folks aren’t too far behind, with about a fifty-fifty split.
